With more than 14 years of experience in sales management, Vice President of Sales Prospecting and Marketing for Healthcare Bluebook, Scott Michaels, has proven his ability to build and manage the infrastructure and personnel needed for a successful sales organization.
With expertise in sales reporting and analytics, product and pricing strategy, contract review and negotiation, and new business territory expansion and segmentation, Scott joined Bluebook in 2020 as Director of Inside Sales and Sales Operations. The dual role supported the Outside Sales team through effective tools and processes while managing the efforts of the Inside Sales team to generate and close new sales.
Scott and his team are primarily focused on pipeline tracking, tech stack management, pricing/proposal tools, and establishing best practices for business development outreach. He also has oversight of Bluebook’s marketing team that continually creates content aimed at lead generation through B2B sales enablement tools and collateral.

Prior to Bluebook, Scott served at Willis Towers Watson in Buffalo, NY where he coordinated sales efforts across five different lines of business and managed all aspects of sales operations for the Legacy Liazon organization. Additionally, he managed 600+ Channel Partners across 42 States for Liazon in Buffalo.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Babson College in Wellesley, MA. A native of Minneapolis, Scott considers himself a lifelong Buffalonian. He and his fiancé Trish live in Buffalo where they’ve become avid foodies in search of the next best restaurant.
